8 Years ago, the semi popular Marvel character, Ghost Rider, abruptly lost it's ongoing series. It ended on issue 93 and it ended without even resolving the story. In fact, issue 94 was created fully but never printed, sparking outrage by Ghost Rider fans. Well, it sparked a lot of nasty internet comments anyway...Either way, those nasty comments are about to cease with the release of Ghost Rider, Vol 3; a brand new ongoing from the greatest comic company in the world, Marvel. Today marks the start of that ongoing with the release of issue #1.
It's pretty exciting stuff for Ghost Rider fans for a number of reasons. The biggest, greatest part of the whole thing is that the title features a return of the incredible 90's team; Mark Texiera and Javier Saltares. These are the guys that got me into the character and this Ghost Rider fan is blown away that they are back.
I'm pumped to finally read this but, unfortunately due to me living in Newfoundland, I have to wait until Friday (or at the very least Thursday evening) to get my hands on this baby. I guess it's not a big deal though. I waited 8 years afterall. What's another 48 hours?
Ahh, who am I kidding? I'm dyin' here to read it!
